Release the shackle

If you need the shackle code, contact your property manager or email info@keyrenterpmc.com. If you have trouble, push down on the shackle while entering the code.

Photograph the lockbox

Take a clear photo of the front of the lockbox with the serial number visible. You'll upload it below.

Package & mail it

Place the lockbox in the pre-paid return envelope, photograph the label, then drop it at any USPS location.
