[PMOS General] Configurations

Copy Company Owner to Associated Contacts and Deals

Purpose:

The bridge only will send information found in the reports that are sent daily from Appfolio to HubSpot. This does NOT include existing deals. If a Property Manager is updated in Appfolio, the bridge will only apply the change to NEW deals that are created, not existing deals.

In order to update associated deals where the property manager may have been changed, the following 5 workflows will adjust the existing deals that are in the following Pipelines: Collections, Move Outs, Renewals and Leasing. Closed Won/lost deals are not included in this update.

01. Copy Company Owner to Deal Placeholders & All Contact Owners

Automation:

  • Company Owner is known.
  • Copy Company Owner to Contact Owner for ALL associated contacts.
  • Copy company owner to [Collections] Property Manager Placeholder to All associated deals
  • Copy company owner to [Move Outs] Property Manager Placeholder to All associated deals
  • Copy company owner to [Renewals] Property Manager Placeholder to All associated deals
  • Copy company owner to [Leasing] Property Manager Placeholder to All associated deals

02. [Collections] Update Deal Owner From Company

Automation:

  • Pipeline is Collections, [Collections] Property Manager Placeholder is known and deal stage is NONE of: Don't Move Deals here (Automation), Zero Balance (Closed) or Eviction Complete (closed)
  • Copy deal property [Collections] Property Manager Placeholder to Deal owner
  • Clear deal property [Collections] Property Manager Placeholder to Deal owner

03. [Move Outs] Update Deal Owner From Company

Automation:
